How do habits work in Quantified Habits?
A habit is a card that comes back every day. Move it to Done when you've finished it for the day, and at your reset time it goes back to Ready for tomorrow, with your streak updated.
Can I change when habits reset?
Yes. Pick any reset time in your settings: midnight, 3:00 am (the default), 6:00 am or whatever fits your day. Night owls can finish a habit after midnight without it counting towards the wrong day.
What happens to my streak if I miss a day?
Miss a day and the streak starts again from one the next time you complete the habit. Your history is still there on the dashboard, so one missed day doesn't erase your progress.
What's a countdown habit?
It's for habits you want to break. Set a goal, like 30 days without sugar, and each day you stick to it counts down towards zero.
Can habits have labels and priorities?
Yes. Habits are cards like any other, so you can add labels, set a priority, filter the board, park them in the backlog or archive them when they've become automatic.
