What's the difference between a task and a todo?
Tasks are for work that needs a bit of planning: they can have a description, a checklist, a priority and labels. Todos are quick one-liners. Both move through the same Ready → In progress → Done board.
How should I use the three columns?
Keep everything you could work on in Ready, only what you're actually doing in In progress, and let Done fill up as you go. Keeping In progress short is the trick to finishing things.
Can I break a task into steps?
Yes. Add a checklist to any task and tick items off as you go. The card shows how many steps are done, like 2/5.
What happens to finished tasks?
They stay in Done until you archive them. Archived tasks are kept, so you can look back at what you've finished.
Do my tasks sync across devices?
Yes. Sign in on your computer and your phone and you'll see the same board. It works offline too, and syncs when you're back online.
